Kate O'Donnell - Integrative Counsellor/Couples Counsellor (Adults & young people 16+)

Hello, I’m Kate.
I know that taking the first step to come to therapy can be daunting, but my aim is to offer you a safe space where you can truly be yourself. I offer face to face, online and phone sessions.
I am an integrative therapist; this means that I will work with you in a range of ways to help you to make sense of what is happening for you. Together we can look at how to shape the therapy to your needs; we can explore what is happening in the present and how the past could be affecting how you feel now. I am a member of The British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and abide by their ethical framework. I ensure that you receive a confidential and professional counselling service.
I work with a wide range of issues but have an interest in working with trauma, addiction, imposter syndrome, abuse, and LGBTQ+. I also have an interest in working with clients who have a loved one that has suffered a brain injury.
I charge £50.00 for a 50 minute session for individual therapy.
For couples, I charge £75.00 for a 50 minute session.
You can contact me by email: kateodonnelltherapy@gmail.com, or text or phone on 07983 946 448 (answerphone available).
