My way of working is person-centred which means I offer a safe, confidential, non-judgmental space full of empathy and warmth for you to explore what has brought you to seek professional help. 
 
My core belief is that there should always be a strong relationship between the client and the therapist and we will use this connection to guide you towards a better understanding of your thoughts and feelings.
