Nasib Hindocha - Counsellor in Training
My work is grounded in the belief that healing is not about fixing ourselves, but about remembering ourselves, our stories, our roots, our resilience, and our belonging.
As a Trainee Counsellor with BodhiSpace, I offer a warm, thoughtful, and non-judgemental space where you can explore whatever is bringing you to counselling.
I believe our lives are shaped not only by our personal experiences, but also by the families, communities, cultures, and wider systems we live within. The expectations placed on us, our relationships, our identities, and the environments we move through all influence how we see ourselves and relate to others.
Together, we can gently explore patterns, beliefs, emotions, and experiences that may be keeping you stuck, while also recognising the strengths, resilience, and wisdom you already possess. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, loss, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, or a sense that something in life no longer fits, I aim to provide a space where you feel heard, understood, and accepted.
I see counselling as a collaborative journey; one that can help us make sense of our experiences, reconnect with ourselves, and find new ways of moving forward with greater awareness, choice, and self-compassion.
