Heather Stabler

I am a Therapeutic Counsellor and have a BSc (Hons) in Criminal Psychology. I have worked for 11+ years with children, young people and adults in bereavement, and suffering with trauma, anxiety and depression, and substance misuse. I also work with offenders and their non-offending families in an integrative way, with Person Centred therapy at the heart of my practice.
I use several therapeutic modalities - depending on the issues presented - to establish a strong, open, and honest therapeutic relationship offering unconditional positive regard, empathy and congruence.
