Hello, I’m Elena, a trainee integrative counsellor studying at Warwick University offering low cost counselling on placement with BodhiSpace. I am a student member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) which guides me to work ethically with a deep commitment to client wellbeing. 

 

My way of working is integrative; this means I tailor my practice to each individual’s unique needs by drawing from a range of therapeutic approaches. However, I am person centred at my core which means I aim to meet you where you are at this moment in time, offering a compassionate and non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace. 

 

I believe that we all have the ability to heal and grow when we feel truly seen, heard and accepted. My intention is to walk alongside you, meeting you with warmth, empathy, and gentle curiosity as you navigate whatever brings you to counselling.
