Life isn't easy. Sometimes every day can feel like a challenge and often we can find ourselves meeting the expectations of everyone else around us. There are so many balls we are juggling - relationships, work, family, health - and we can forget to stop and take time for what we need. 
 
You might be here because you want to find someone you can talk to about things that have been really difficult for you. You're looking for someone who will understand and who you can open up to without a fear of being judged. 
 
That's where the unique counselling relationship comes in and, whatever you are going through, I would love to work with you! 
 
My aim is to offer a safe, confidential and accepting space where you can process everything you are feeling in your own time and at your own pace. I work primarily in a 'Person-Centred' way which means that we will work through whatever issues you want to bring to our sessions - you set the agenda - exploring new perspectives and an understanding of why you have found yourself where you are. 
 
Stepping into counselling takes a huge amount of courage however, with time, I believe anyone can find their way to a happier and more peaceful and fulfilling life!
