I believe that through creative exploration in a warm, compassionate and trusting therapeutic environment you can make the changes you wish to see in your life. My background in theatrical costume and my previous design career means I might bring in creative opportunities to help you express yourself and explore personal issues. I listen and understand you - free from judgement - so we can discover any concerns you have and support any changes you might choose to make. I won’t give advice or provide solutions because you will be trusted to find them yourself as we work together.
